1. Under which reasons is the return of an item accepted?

RTA: For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase date hassle free. Each product should be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging in order to receive a full refund.  Please know that shipping and handling are not refundable, only the price paid for the garment will be refunded. Store and Wholesale customers only may receive a full credit from manufacturer defective items. Please fill out a RMA Authorization Form for approval.

2. Is the change in size a valid reason for return?

RTA: It is not. We always advice to check te size charts before purchasing an item so you can be sure which size to order.

3. What can I do if I don’t know the reference number I want to request?

RTA: In this case, all of our products have images and a description so it’s easier for you to find the perfect fit.

4. Where do you ship?

RTA: Shipments are made within the United States and Caribbean areas. We can ship international but you have to take into account the custom process and possible extra-cost for the shipment.
